This Pride Month, we recognize the resilience, experiences and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals in our communities, including those navigating the reentry journey.
LGBTQ+ individuals are disproportionately represented within the criminal justice system, underscoring the importance of reentry services that are informed, inclusive and responsive to the unique challenges people may face as they rebuild their lives.
Successful reentry is not one-size-fits-all. It requires understanding individual circumstances, removing barriers to opportunity and ensuring access to supportive services delivered with dignity and respect.
