What is a Residential Community Reintegration Program (RCRP)?

An RCRP offers safe, structured housing and wraparound support for individuals reentering the community post-incarceration.

These programs help participants build stability through services such as addiction recovery, mental health counseling, job readiness training and more – all designed to support successful reintegration.
