SUCCESS STORY: Kintock – Newark CRC’s Mr. Salley Takes Major Step On Path Towards New Career

May 27, 2026

Successful reentry starts with opportunity. 💙
Community Resource Centers (CRCs) do more than connect individuals with services. They help people identify their goals, develop new skills and access the education, training and employment resources needed to build stable, productive futures.
One recent success story comes from our agency member The Kintock Group – at their Newark CRC, a client Mr. Salley enrolled in an HVAC and Electrical Assistant Certificate Training Program after taking advantage of educational referrals and career development opportunities available through the program. What began as uncertainty about the CRC experience became a pathway toward a new career and long-term success.
Stories like this demonstrate the impact of reentry programs that invest in people, foster self-sufficiency and create meaningful opportunities for individuals to thrive in their communities.
