IN THE NEWS: NJDOC to Launch Reentry Initiative for Incarcerated Veterans

#ICYMI New Jersey is taking important steps to better support justice-involved veterans. A new initiative from the New Jersey Department of Corrections will connect incarcerated veterans to critical reentry services before release – and continue that support as they transition back into the community.

By addressing barriers like housing, employment and access to benefits, this effort recognizes the unique needs of those who have served our country and are working toward a successful return home.
