Reentry Coalition of New Jersey Residential Community Reintegration Programs (RCRPs) – Male/Female (Spanish)

September 19, 2023

Recently, we’ve been shining a light on Residential Community Reintegration Programs, also known as RCRPs. They are one of many programs offered by our six agency members that provide life skills training/tools, employment opportunities, supportive services and more to prepare those exiting the criminal justice system for the next chapter in their life.

Throughout the state of New Jersey, there are a number of RCRPs specifically for males – including The Kintock Group’s RCRPs in Bridgeton and Newark, Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s (VOADV) Fletcher House and Hope Hall in Camden, New Jersey Association on Correction’s Clinton House in Trenton and James A. Hemm House in Newark, Education and Health Centers of America’s Tully House and The Harbor in Newark and CURA’s RCRP in Newark – and two specifically for females – Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s Garrett House in Camden and New Jersey Association on Correction’s (NJAC) Millicent Fenwick House in Paterson.

In order to reach even more individuals and diverse communities, we have translated both of our RCRP videos into Spanish (with subtitles). We hope that by offering these videos in Spanish, even more individuals and families can learn about the benefits of RCRPs and the services they offer those transitioning out of the criminal justice system and back into society.

Learn more about RCRPs and how they can transform lives through the videos below, which feature the real life stories of former VOADV Fletcher House resident Ibrahim Abdullah and former NJAC Fenwick House resident Nahfeesah Goldsmith.
